Our Chico location is family operated by Pete and Nancy Fregoso. Both have many years in the rental business with Nancy being a second generation rental person. The 3291 Esplanade location is a full service Contractor, Homeowner & Handyman Tool and Equipment Rental with a Wedding, Party and Event rental division.

This means that we not only rent the bigger equipment like high reach booms, towable generators, scissor lifts and a full line of tractors like backhoes & skiploaders but also smaller tractors too.  We carry mini excavators, skidsteers and smaller garden tractors with tiller attachments. In the truck line we have dump trucks, flatbeds, water trucks and even trailers to help move.

We have a complete line of Lavina concrete polishing and floor prep machines and offer concrete floor polishing certification classes.

To make it easier to take care of your home we rent scaffolding, ladders, pressure washers, paint sprayers and roofing tools to keep the exterior looking great. For interior remodeling we rent tile saws, texture machines and sanders along with many other tools including carpet cleaners and sewer snakes.  We can also give you advice on theeasiest and best way to use the equipment. We also carry a full line of accessories like sandpaper to go with the rental and sell propane too so that you only have to stop once to get everything you need

We also have everything you might need to keep your lawn looking great including mowers, trimmers, thatchers, weed eaters and aerators. For the rest of the garden we rent roto-tillers, chain saws, stump grinders, brush chippers and post hole diggers, whatever your project we’ve got the tools.

For your special event come see our Party, Event, and Wedding Rental Center at this location. Nancy is an American Rental Association Certified Event Rental Planner and her eye for the design and attention to details will make any event you plan be an event to remember. Here you will find the tables, chairs and linens for your party as well as the specialized theme items for your event. Just click on the Events and Parties tab at the top of the page and take a look at the photos of events she has done.

Although we are located in the northern part of Chico we deliver all over town and to our neighbors in Paradise, Willows, Orland, Corning, Durham and the surrounding areas.
