EQUIPMENT ATTENDANT The Equipment Attendant position is an entry level position.   General duties and responsibilities include: •     Greeting customers and keeping them informed of new equipment •     Checking rental contracts to be sure the right equipment goes out •     Checking fluid levels in equipment before loading •     Instructing customers in the proper use of equipment •     Loading and unloading equipment •     Cleaning and servicing vehicles and equipment •     Maintaining the clean and professional appearance of the rental yard •     Keeping work station clean and stocked with service tags and fuel •     Delivering and picking up equipment and supplies •     Checking equipment for damage upon return, notifying the counter of damage, and filling out service tags for all returned equipment.   Performing other related duties as needed   This position requires that you: •     Have a mechanical background •     Be able to lift 50 lbs. •     Work outside in various climates •     Work on weekends •     Maintain a professional personal appearance •     Pass the company required drug screening •     Have valid driver's license •     Speak and write clearly •     Have a good driving record •     Maintain an acceptable attendance record •     Be able to perform all duties well within 3 months   A comprehensive on-the-job training program is used to train all new employees.   The benefit package for a full time equipment attendant position includes: •     Vacation and holiday leave •     Uniforms provided by the company •     70% paid medical insurance for the employee •     Damage Waiver Bonus and Safety Incentive Bonus •     Pension Plan   Possible hazards of the position include: •     Some heavy lifting •     Exposure to chemicals, including but not limited to gasoline, diesel fuel, propane, and kerosene

INSIDE SALES The Inside Sales Person performs the duties necessary to assist in the efficient flow of customers throught the rnetal yard location; writes contracts, answers telephone, assists yard attendants and assist customers   General duties and responsibilities include: •     Serve customers in a friendly and efficient manner, both in person and on the telephone. •     Use the computer system to write rental contracts •     Instruct customers in the proper use of equipment •     Keep the showroom clean and stock shelves with merchandise •     Fill in at Yard Attendant's work station to clean and service equipment when needed •     Follow Contact Point telephone guidelines •     complete contract management tasks as requested by Branch Manager yard •     Perform duties in safe, effective and professional manner •     Abide to company policies and procedures •     Perform other related duteis as needed   This position requires that you: •     Possess a valid CA (or NV for Sparks and Carson City locations) driver's license and maintain a clean driving record that is within company standards •     Possess a minimum of a high school diploma or equivalent •     Be able to lift 50 lbs. •     Work on weekends and some holidays •     Maintain a professional personal appearance •     Manintain an acceptable attendance record •     Complete a comprehensive on-the-job training program as used to train all new employees •     Posses good communication skills •     Pass a background and credit check •     Pass a drug screen test The benefit package for a full time inside sales position includes: •     Paid vacation and holiday •     Uniforms provided by the company •     70% paid medical insurance for the employee •     Damage Waiver Bonus and Safety Incentive Bonus •     401K   Possible hazards of the position include: •     Some heavy lifting •     Exposure to chemicals, including but not limited to gasoline, diesel fuel, propane, and kerosene

MECHANIC The Mechanic ensures that the company provides top quality equipment to its customers by inspecting, trouble shooting, diagnosing and repairing the equipment fleet; ensure all safety features are operational, inspect for leaks and work parts, repair itmes as necessary.   General duties and responsibilities include: •     Service and repair all equipment and complete any necessary paperwork on equipment repair •     Operate CKMAINT computer program in order to find equipment for maintenance, prioritize repairs, and update equipment files •     Coordinate priority repairs with Branch Manager •     Test and start all equipment monthly •     Order parts, including getting price quotes from 3 different vendors and approving items over $100 with Branch Manager •     Assists with customers as needed •     Perform duties in safe, effective and professional manner •     Abide to company policies and procedures •     Perform other related duties as needed   This position requires that you: •     Possess a valid CA (or NV for Sparks and Carson City locations) driver's license and maintain a clean driving record that is within company standards •     Have experience working with 2-stroke and 4-stroke engines, diesel engines, and electrical and hydraulic systems •     Have welding experience •     Be able to lift 50 lbs (unaided) to chest level •     Work outside in various climates •     Possess a minimum of a high school diploma or equivalent •     Work on weekends and some holidays •     Maintain a professional personal appearance •     Possess good communication skills •     Maintain an acceptable attendance record •     Complete a comprehensive on-the-job training program as used to train all new employees •     Pass a background inspection •     Pass a drug screening test   The benefit package for a full time equipment attendant position includes: •     Vacation and holiday leave •     Uniform shirts provided by the company •     70% paid medical insurance for the employee •     Key Employee Bonus and Safety Pays Bonus •     401K Plan   Possible hazards of the position include: •     Some heavy lifting •     Exposure to chemicals, including but not limited to gasoline, diesel fuel, propane, and kerosene
